To buy chocolade sauce is expensiv and it comes allways in to small flasks. But it is very easy to prepare homemade chocolade sauce. I make my chocolade sauce always with this recipe, it is easy, fast and cheap.
In 5 minutes I have about 200ml chocolade sauce that cost me not more than 1 Euro and I use fair traded organic incredients. The sauce taste like dark chocolate and you can store it for serveral weeks in the fridge.
Only one thing is important to rember: Keep always stiring while cooking the sauce! On time I left the room and had to scrub the pot afterwards for one hour to get rid of the burnt sugar cacao mixture.
Chocolate Sauce
- 150g water
- 100g sugar
- 1/2 vanilla bean
- 50g cacao
Heat sugar, water and vanilla seeds untill the mixture boils, then add cacao and boil for another 3 min while stirring constantly.

So einfach und so gut. Ich habe die Soße heute für den Nachtisch hergestellt und es hat sich gelohnt. Einen kleiner Schuss Rum in die Soße getan, das war auch nicht verkehrt.
