The hot and humid weather at the moment makes even me thinking that it is not a good idea to turn on the oven to bake bread. So I do the oposite thing: Making Icecream.
When it is really hot I prefer slightly sour icecream: Raspberry icecream, citron icecream, buttermilk icecream or yoghurt icecream. Today I make yoghurt icecream, very delicious when served with some fresh fruits.
If you like a more sweet icecream, you should increase the sugar amount, because this icecream is just slightly sweet.
Yoghurt icecream
- 500g yoghurt (1,5% fat)
- 200g heavy cream
- 75g milk
- 75g sugar
- 2 tbs citron juice
Heat the Milk with the sugar untill the sugar dissolve. Mix with yoghurt and citron juice and fold in the whipped cream. Freeze in the ice machine as written in the manual.

Also ich habe noch etwas Zitronenschale hineingerieben und statt der Zitrone, Limette genommen. Das schmeckt ein bischen herb. Traubenzucker statt Haushaltszucker und Laktosefreie Milchproduckte.
Fertig war das Laktose und Fruchzuckerarme Zitroneneis.
